Marketing Representative- DH or CTH

Job Description:
General Statement of Duties:
•Under the direction of the General Manager, Sales and Marketing acquire new customers and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.

Supervision Received:
• Reporting to the General Manager, and other executive management as directed, from time to time.

Summary of Duties (Duties may include, but are not limited to the following):
•Professionally maintain existing clientele and create new customers through networking within our industry to ensure diversity of our customer base in creating new opportunities and options for COMPANY.
•Uphold honest and integral relationships with our clients, ensuring professional performance;
•Responsible for creating a positive working environment between Operators and COMPANY so contract negotiations can be easily agreed upon;
•Maintain and update all drilling rig inventory for effective marketing to new and existing customers;
•Undertake preparation of IADC (International Association of Drilling Contractors) contracts and subsequent letters covering any amendments for agreements, as well as Master Service Agreements;
•Assist in preparation and checking of invoices for day work and third party billings;
•Required to be on call 24/7 to assist customer concerns or issues;
•Travel and overtime when required.

•Deadline driven;
•Intermediate – senior Microsoft Office skills;
•Effective negotiation skills.

Education and Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent;
