The HelloFresh Summer Internship Program is a full-time 10 week program designed to provide real world exposure to our business. The program allows you the opportunity to meet senior leaders from across the business and learn about our brands and specific functions. You will also receive hands-on training from your assigned manager and team to assist you in having a successful summer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your course work in real life and work alongside a fast-paced team in a high growth company. 

You will…

• Have the chance to make a serious impact on one of the fastest-growing technology companies in an exciting growth phase
• Familiarize yourself and build comfort with operating on a production floor to collect data, gather insights and understand production flow
• Lead projects that focus on product validation, ingredient sensory testing, and data-driven decision making in our supply chain
• Work alongside operations teams and leaders to execute improvements based on data analysis and presentation-based communication
• Gain a variety of professional experiences and development training
• Engage in extensive networking opportunities and interactions with senior leaders

You are…

• A current junior or senior actively enrolled in a U.S. college or university and pursuing an undergraduate degree in an engineering, supply chain, culinology.
• Excited to work in an industrial environment of food manufacturing and supply chain
• Entrepreneurial and have experience coming up with creative solutions to solve problems head-on
• Intellectually curious – you have an insatiable desire to understand how things work, why they work the way they do, and to consistently challenge the status quo
• Adaptable- you’re a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are not afraid to dive into uncharted territory and navigate through ambiguity.
• Data Driven - you enjoy working problems that are solved with data collection and analysis
• Detail-oriented – you possess strong organizational skills and consistently demonstrate a methodical approach to all your work
• Passionate about all things HelloFresh!

• Hourly rate: $25/hour
• Up to 75% discount on subscriptions to HelloFresh meal plans (HelloFresh, Green Chef, Everyplate, and Factor_)

Duration: 10 week paid internship. You must be able to commit full-time (Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm), and have the right to work in the US for the duration of the internship.

Please note this internship is available as a full-time hybrid onsite opportunity based in our Aurora, IL distribution center.
