Job Description
1.Follows all Safety policies and procedures, and immediately notifies supervisor or other manager if Safety protocols cannot be met. Wears all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) per company policies or contractor requirements. Reports all incidents and accidents regardless of severity to supervisor immediately. Understands that he/she has stop-work authority if work cannot or is not being done safely. Please remember that all incidents and accidents can be prevented with proper job planning and hazard recognition (JSA).

2.Directs/performs activities necessary for accurate perpetual inventory records such as data entry and cycle counts.
3.Communicates to purchasing any requests for product or materials to ensure effective working level of the same.
4.Identifies and executes disposition of obsolete material.
5.Maintains safety stock levels of all critical products or materials.
6.Plans/directs/conducts physical inventories.
7.Monitors stock to ensure appropriate shelf life, expiration, and overall stock condition.
8.Monitors and records any environmental conditions for affected materials.
9.Is familiar with all requirements stated by API and ASME.
10.Assists shop supervisors in efficient methods for product delivery and material layout optimization.
11.Works with the Purchasing department on stock verification for new projects or the research needed for min/max replenishment.
12.Manages monthly cycle counts and end of month variances that consists of reporting, reconciling, and researching all materials physically and systematically.
13.Manages quarterly full counts and end of month variances that consist of reporting, reconciling, and researching all materials physically and systematically.
14.Ensures completion of builds in SOS per work order, shipment, or physical verification.
15.Creates process sheets in SOS and researches materials versus parts per work order being fed from production departments.
16.Works with Yard Manager and personnel on organization of materials in the yard.
17.Identifies scrap versus and drop to fully have control on what can be sold, scrapped, or used for production or projects.
18.Oversees Warehouse and Distribution departments.
