What You Need:
- 5 years of experience software business to business collections preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business or accounting, or equivalent knowledge of finance and accounting
- 2+ years NetSuite experience required
- 2+ years Salesforce experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel and data proficiency required
- Portal billing experience preferred (Coupa, Ariba, Taulia, etc.)
- Cash application experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization

What You'll Do:
- Oversee multiple accounts to ensure collection efforts are timely on all assigned past due accounts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Customer Success Managers, legal, and finance on collections for multiple accounts
- Compile and evaluate aging reports and determine high risk/delinquent accounts and prioritize work based on analysis
- Identify and rectify issues attributing to account delinquency
- Resolve complex and escalated customer billing disputes independently, escalating higher as needed
- Handle complex customer collections issues independently and escalate to sales, senior management, and service organization as needed
- Research outstanding invoice balances
- Reconcile customer accounts
