Job Description

Jefferson Consulting Group is seeking Senior Program Analyst to support the Federal Railroads Agency.

This role will be fully remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting internal stakeholder briefings and information gathering sessions to share information about draft guidance and absorb feedback.

  • Conducting comprehensive research and process analysis in collaboration with Government stakeholders

  • Supporting data analytics, trends analysis, and reporting needs

  • Implementing policy, tools, training, and programs to ensure regulation compliance.

  • Developing and delivering training

  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and track project activities.

  • Create, maintain, and adhere to project plans and schedules.

  • Develop high quality templates, frameworks, and reports.

  • Facilitate and support meetings, including working with stakeholders to develop agendas, co-leading facilitation of the meeting, and documenting and following up on action items.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of communications (both written and oral).

  • Skilled in determining the most appropriate method of delivery for the intended audience and type of communications.

  • Data analytics and visualization experience using Microsoft 365 tool suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.

  • Completes tasks independently, tracking progress toward completion, providing status updates as requested and working on a variety of tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, writing and analytical skills to effectively interact with program officials and stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail, high standards of excellence and commitment to perform and execute all project activities successfully.
