Aviation Sales Associate

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team and lead our engineering department to new heights.

The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset. • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing timely and accurate information about our products and services.

• Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and submitted according to company procedures.

• Sales Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate sales activities, including quote generation, order tracking, and follow-up communication with customers.

• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product line and capabilities, allowing you to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to identify opportunities for sales growth and product development.

• Tradeshow Representation: Represent the company at tradeshows and industry events, showcasing our products and services, engaging with potential customers, and generating leads for the sales team.

• Customer-Facing Sales: Occasionally participate in customer-facing sales meetings and presentations, assisting the sales team in demonstrating product capabilities, addressing technical questions, and closing sales.

• Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as maintaining customer records, preparing sales reports, and coordinating shipments with the logistics team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles is required (experience working in aviation/aerospace sales support a plus).

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is desirable.
