Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Shifts - Variable Days 12 hour shifts
Job Description
The LPN providing care to the patient population(s) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from Skilled Nursing and Extended care.
SHIFT: Nights, 12 hours - Taking call is required 2 shifts per 6 weeks and there is potential that we will need overtime as well.
