As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will match the right employees with the personality and needs of our clients to ensure the delivery of a level of care that provides contentment, comfort and joy. 

If you possess the following skills...

  • Communication Skills: Scheduler will need to speak with coworkers and employees on a regular basis, therefore excellent telephone etiquette is necessary. 
  • Critical-Thinking Skills: Scheduler will need to devise plans of action and asses those plans regularly. 
  • Organizational Skills: Coordinating multiple schedules, people and many moving pieces will keep schedulers on their toes. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Schedulers will need to be ready when problems arise and be ready to anticipate problems before they happen. 
  • Proficiency in common computer business applications: Schedulers use an online scheduling software, word, excel, email, and the internet.
