Summary

Responsible to load and unload product, maintain inventory, transport equipment, materials and/or supplies, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform loading and unloading of truck duties using appropriate equipment as applicable and

• responsible for recording amounts of materials and/or items received and/or distributed via appropriate computer program.

• Maintain inventory verifying product and notify Operation Lead of shortages. Prepare customer orders from stock and accurate order placement on pallets.

• Receiving and unloading incoming material ensuring information on packing slips match with Purchase Orders and verifies shipment accuracy.

• Accurately receive, report and distribute purchased items requiring sorting, counting, packaging, labeling, and unpacking received inventory.

• Responsible for making deliveries utilizing the company vehicles.

• Fill requisitions, work orders, or material request as well as other stock items and distribute items to designated area.

• Ensure warehouse is clean and orderly for the purpose of maintaining an organized layout and safe work environment within the company’s Safety Guidelines.

• Transport products, equipment, materials and/or supplies throughout the warehouse and/or office.

• Provide routine maintenance of warehouse equipment; such as dolly, pallet jack, and forklift ensuring all in full operation.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Age verification of 21 years of age

• Valid Class C driver’s license with clean driving record

• Two plus years of warehouse experience in receiving, production or shipping Proficient skills in navigating in a designated territory

• Previous forklift operation experience with forklift certification

Preferred

• Knowledge of the beverage market

• 3+ years of warehouse experience

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions, correspondence, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write correspondence and routine reports.

Ability to speak effectively and present information one-on-one and before small groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common

fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
