Hudson Printing is searching for fulfillment workers to process, sort, package, and ship orders. full time.
A successful employee in this position is dependable, self-motivated, responsible, hardworking, and always willing to help when needed, great at communicating, able to work well with others, and maintains good hygiene acceptable for a professional environment. Must be able to work with little to no supervision and be accountable at all times.
Starting pay is based on relevant experience with the first 90-days as a trial period. Excellent attitude, attendance, and performance lead to continuous pay increases during regular quarterly or biannual performance reviews.
Primary Duties
- Read order ticket and lookup the job on the computer
- Sort products into bins
- Print shipping labels and properly package products
- Continuously monitor quality and conditions
- Visually inspect finished product quality and red flag any issues to the supervisor
- Maintain efficiency and minimize waste
Required Skills & Experience
- Desire to learn and develop printing and bindery skills. Opportunities for advancement are highly encouraged.
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and move around the work area for long periods of time
- Support company safety policies and encourage employees to work safely
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm + overtime
