Job Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and responsible individual to join our team as an Unarmed Security Officer. As an integral part of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our client (an HOA mobile neighborhood.) Your primary duties will be access control in a guard shack, vehicle patrol, and enforcing the client's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular patrols of the neighborhood to ensure the security and safety of premises and to make sure no one is parked in fire lanes.
2. Calling the tow truck when cars are parked in a fire lane.
3. Respond promptly to disturbances, emergencies, and other incidents, and take appropriate action as needed.
4. Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients with inquiries and requests.
5. Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
6. Write detailed incident reports documenting any security-related incidents or activities.
7. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
8. Perform access control duties, including verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes when required.
9. Checking cars to make sure they have the required permit or visitor pass.

Requirements:

1. Valid BSIS issued Guard Card
2. Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
5. Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to create DAR and incident reports when needed. 
7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for patrols).
8. Ability to work the adverstised schedule 
9. OC Spray, Baton, and Taser (preferred)
10. Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred).
