Painter/Carpenter

The Millennia Commercial Group is looking for experienced Painter/Carpenter to join our team at Key Tower in Downtown Cleveland. We are looking for someone to work 1st shift, 6:30am-3:30pm.

Key Tower is the Premier Office Building in Cleveland, as well as an iconic landmark towering over the city at 57 floors of office and amenity space. We feature world-class amenities, both in and around the Tower, and breathtaking views of the lake in the heart of Downtown Cleveland, making working here vibrant and exciting. Our tenants are Fortune 500 companies with a high-level service expectation. Key Tower has been maintained to near perfection since its opening nearly 30 years ago. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Basic carpentry skills including walls, ceilings, furniture, molding, doors, locks and hardware
• Knowledge in all aspects of the application of wall coverings, paints, stains, sealants and coatings
• Drywall patch and repair
• Follows thorough preparatory and protective procedures including masking, taping, and shielding surroundings
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Conscientious of surroundings and strong attention to detail
• Good color vision and aesthetic instincts

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a skilled painter/carpenter
• May be required to work at height from ladders and scaffolding
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Must be safety conscious when performing tasks
