HD Fowler Company is looking for a full-time Welder to join the fabrication team at our Tulalip branch located in Marysville, Washington. This position is a critical part of our operation, which includes welding and performing all corresponding and necessary functions in conjunction with our Fabrication Department.

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years pipe welding experience (MIG, TIG, steel)
• Pipe fitting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
• Able to safely and effectively use small hand tools
• Able to read and work off of fabrication drawing
• Able to lift 75 lbs. on a daily basis, throughout shift
• Able to interact positively and effectively with coworkers
• Able to operate in a high-paced, demanding environment under a variety of conditions
• Able to work overtime as needed (may be mandated)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record required

What you will do:

• Perform pipe fitting and welding for projects based on provided drawings
• Forklift and equipment operation
• Contribute to shop cleanliness, organization, and overall successful operation
• Continuous education and cross-training on additional equipment, material handling and techniques
• Make deliveries or pick up supplies as requested
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
