Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking an Automotive Electronics Design Supervisor to join their team. We're seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead our reverse engineering team! In this critical role, you'll supervise a team of engineers to develop aftermarket products by reverse engineering OEM automotive electronic components.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor a group of Electrical/Electronic Design Development Engineers.
- Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Conduct design reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and provide support to process engineering.
- Participate in business planning and component purchasing decisions.
- Maintain positive client relationships when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory or lead role managing an automotive electrical components design group.
- Strong electrical design skills in PCB layout, C programming, and analog and digital design.
- Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
