SUMMARY
This position will serve as a resource for pricing to all NIC Midwest facilities (TN, OH, and TX). Much of the work is project-based and will require leading and coordinating the work of others.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- Collaborate to perform data and pricing analyses with internal departments and our external customers
- Define requirements and provide simplified explanations
Manage request for pricing updates/change due to raw material pricing adjustments and other purchased components on over 12,000 active part numbers
Update item pricing and sales order pricing in ERP system
Troubleshoot ERP/APS system pricing and customer contract pricing issues. - Develop systems/processes/procedures to make pricing correct and efficient (controlled/automated).
Develop action plans and aid in accountability
Collaborate regularly with various teams, including operations and accounting
Must be organized and able to track multiple pricing updates
Make data-driven decisions and recommendations
Maintain objectivity to ensure processes and products are relevant
Assist with USMCA reporting - Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Previous manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Cost Accounting, inventory, profitability and costing systems knowledge and experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, databases, web-based applications, visual analytical tools preferred
- Experience with project methodology to deliver requirements and benefits
- Keen eye for details and aptitude for working with data
- Highly accurate and thorough in all tasks
- Exceptional organizational and presentation skills
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as a collaborative team player
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
