Job Summary: Are you friendly and able to work in a fast-paced environment? The Hotel Night Auditor works 11pm - 7am and attends to the hotel and guests’ needs, included, but not limited to registration, checkout, and cashiering.  Part time or Full time available

Responsibilities 

As a Hotel Night Auditor you have the responsiblity to give our guests the best hospitality experience they can have by:

  • Assisting hotel guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
  • Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Check hotel guests in and out, post hotel guest charges and collect payments.
  • Close out the business day and compile data for end of day reports.
  • Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers).
  • Be a great communicator to management and other hotel departments on guest comments and concerns. Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
  • Cover other areas of hotel as needed.

  • Document any hotel or guest issues by completing the required report forms. 

  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED required 

  • Previous experience in hospitality preferred 

  • Customer service experience required 

  • Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts 

  • Attention to detail and organized
