We seek mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LAC) for full-time positions in Pottsville, AR.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in the state of Arkansas
• LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or LAC
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Self-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clients

About Life Strategies Counseling Inc. (LSCI)

LSCI provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief, loss, and addiction recovery.
