Job Description:
Position Summary
- The Financial Analyst plays a key role on the Retail Operations Finance team by managing the Lease Admin inbox & Energy Service inbox, assisting with mail processing and keying landlord invoices.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical thinking capabilities and good communication skills. The candidate also is enthusiastic and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the Lease Admin inbox & Energy Service inbox
- Develop/maintain effective relationships with internal & external partners
- Assist with mail processing
- Timely key invoices and default notices into appropriate team logs
- Maintains invoice audit upload templates and troubleshoots as necessary
Qualifications
- Develop a clear understanding of lease processes and business issues
- Clearly communicate points of view in a concise manner
- Demonstrate absolute adherence to data integrity and internal controls
- Navigate financial systems
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Enthusiastic, high energy, self-motivated
Education and Experience
- 1-2 years' experience in a finance/accounting environment
- Basic to Intermediate skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
