Global Security Concepts, Inc. is currently seeking a Part Time Recruiter to help fill various open positions in our Las Vegas Region. The Recruiter will work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

· Identify, source, recruit, and screen highly qualified candidates.

· Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring goals.

· Manage and track candidate activity in Fast Recruiting

· Build applicant sources by utilizing various sourcing tools to identify active and passive job candidates.

· Confer with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and open positions.

· Build candidate pipelines to fill current and anticipated vacancies.

· Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

· Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, using multiple methods of communication.

· Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications, interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

· Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references and guard card registration; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

· Arrange operations and management interviews by coordinating schedules.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

· Full life cycle recruiting experience for multiple positions is highly desirable

· Experience recruiting in the security industry is highly desirable

· Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates

· Experience creating a strong pipeline of candidates

· Detailed knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
