DataED (an Emerald Technologies company) has an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operator to join our team! The Through-Hole Machine Operator is responsible for operating Capital equipment in Through Hole Technology. Machines Include Wave Solder, Jade, Wash, Press Fit, RTV Dispenser, DIP, VCD, and Conformal Coat.

Primary Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

  • Set-up machines
  • Work from customer prints and processes, procedures, and/or engineering instructions
  • Run and access computer programs for equipment
  • Meet all company standards of Quality, paying careful attention to process control, while making suggestions to improve quality where needed.

Qualifications of the Machine Operator:

  • High School Diploma or
  • Working knowledge and understanding of schematics
  • Component identification and verification
  • 1-2 years of Printed Circuit Board assembly experience
