Dental Treatment Coordinator - Fontana

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and administrative support in a medical office setting. Your role will involve coordinating treatment plans, managing medical records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment plans for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic systems such as eClinicalWorks
- Assist with front desk duties, including greeting patients, verifying insurance information, and collecting payments
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by handling patient information confidentially
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies

Skills:
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling patient inquiries effectively
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical record systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in maintaining medical records
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
