Givens Highland Farms is hiring a full-time Health Services Admissions and Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Health Services Director, the primary purpose of the Health Services Admissions and Marketing Coordinator is to plan and develop a process that coordinates the pre-admission, admission, and follow-up process for Givens Highland Farms Health Center. This position also participates in weekend on-call rotation.

What you'll do:

• Monitor and track all incoming referrals/leads from all sources and respond in an efficient manner
• Achieve or exceed, and maintain census/occupancy and payer mix goals
• Utilize the Customer Relationship Management system consistently and keep it updated
• Develop strategies to maximize admissions/move ins of residents including establishing and maintaining relationships with community organizations that generate resident referrals
• Coordinate pre-admission and approval process in a timely manner
• Conduct tours of facility with potential residents and their family members
• Communicate with residents and families prior to admission regarding insurance coverage, out of pocket expenses, services provided, what to bring, expectations, etc
• Submit regular reports of census and barriers to admitting/moving in residents to the facility
• Partner with Sales and Marketing Directors of Health Services and Independent Living to improve internal marketing messaging for Health Services across the Givens Highland Farms campus
• Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with applicable sales and marketing experience
• 2 years' work experience with older adult population or any equivalent combination of training and experience while providing the required skills, knowledge and abilities to fulfill the essential job responsibilities
• Long-term care or healthcare experience

Compensation is $55k - $60k, based on experience, and includes our comprehensive benefits package.
