As the Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of winery operations, including sales, tasting rooms, and guest experiences. • Lead and supervise our front-of-house team.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison for guests, guiding them to and from tasting tours.
• Assist customers with purchasing wine and wine products.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of different types of wine desired.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a winery or retail beverage environment desired.
