Position Title: Voter Registration Quality Control Associate
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Regional Organizing Director
Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position is $48,000-$60,000, depending on experience and skill sets
Job Classification: Full time, non-exempt
Schedule: Full time, 50+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall and may include evenings and weekends.
Location: On-site
Benefits: RFS offers all full-time employees who remain with our team for more than three months full health care, dental, and vision benefits. Any job-related travel, lodging, and other expenses are paid for by RFS.
Position Summary
Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is seeking talented, driven individuals for the role of Voter Registration Quality Control Associate, who will be responsible for managing the intake and validation of voter registration forms throughout the duration of the program.
Quality Control Associates will report directly to the Regional Organizing Director in each office. This role is in person and the applicant will be required to travel to the project location. Salaries for this position range from $48,000 to $60,000 based on experience and skillset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily intake of voter registration forms
Develop and maintain a strict process for documenting and storing voter registration forms
Work with campaign leadership to analyze voter registration forms
Ensure reporting and accountability protocols are followed to provide up-to-date, actionable data and information to campaign leadership
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to process data
Strong analytical skills
Ability and willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, which can be expected to require 50+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall, and may include evenings and weekends.
Must possess a cell phone and laptop
Must have ready access to personal transportation and will be required to provide proof of driver’s insurance
Plus Qualifications
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
Familiarity with Google Suite, NPG Van, and Blocks is preferred
