WHO WE ARE

TCH has developed and operated projects under the AbilityOne program for over 23 years by providing quality services at a fair market price to the Federal Government. The Ability One Program is the largest source of employment for people who have significant disabilities throughout the United States. The AbilityOne Program provides high quality job opportunities for people with disabilities who face significant barriers to employment and who would otherwise rely on public benefit programs.

We’re looking for workers to perform routine landscaping duties to contract specifications. Applicants must be able to pass background checks to gain access to Federal facilities. Must also be at least 21 years of age, have a current AZ Driver’s License and a 39-month clean driving record. Preferred to be able to provide documentation of a disability. Examples of documents include: report/letter signed by a physician, psychiatrist, or qualified psychologist; a certification of the disability from a local or state entity; reports detailing at least two years of evaluations from a work training program.
