Responsibilities

• Translates customer purchase orders in accordance with policies and procedures; ensuring price specifications, ship date, and administrative accuracy in order to meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
  
  
• Handles assigned customer accounts proactively and creatively regarding returns, credit minimums, and warranty in order to strengthen customer relationships and maximize business from each account.
  
  
• Provides accurate and timely response to customers’ inquiries regarding product and sales information.
  
  
• Contributes to the maintenance of customer information database through the database administrator.
  
  
• Communicates the “voice of the customer" regarding quality and service concerns to management.
  
  
• Maintains appropriate files according to business practices.

Requirements
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
Reliable transportation to our facility in Weaverville, NC
Ability to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (day shift)
Ability to work occasional overtime, as needed
Visual ability to read, process, and input information
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge in: Ability to use computer devices
Knowledge in: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,& Access)
Knowledge in: Typing
