Front of House Manager - Atrium

Atrium in Ponce City Market is seeking a Front of House Manager to join our growing team! Atrium is an intimate space with an enchanting and whimsical energy, an escape from the chaos of everyday. Serving a Modern American menu with European influence, Atrium is a destination where guests can settle in for a quiet and relaxing evening to enjoy finely crafted cocktails and meals. QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage stress, and take direction from the corporate team
• Food Handling and Safety knowledge
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant

DUTIES

• Provide leadership and direction to the FOH team through monitoring of service and performance
• Ensure operations, service, and finances level consistently met or exceed corporate standards
• Recruit and train new hires; continuously drive the development of all departments
• Anticipate guests' needs to proactively and effectively ensure guests' total satisfaction
• Ensure that the quality of work, service, and hospitality are maintained
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
