Job Description

In this internship, you will have the unparalleled opportunity to gain insight into the operations of a leading hospitality company by shadowing our CEO and working alongside our culinary and beverage teams. This internship is designed to offer a comprehensive view of various aspects of the business, from the front lines to the boardroom. You will experience firsthand the day-to-day operations, decision-making processes, and strategic planning involved in running a successful hospitality enterprise.

Job Title: Intern
Location: Cañon City 
Hours: 32 hours per week 
Compensation: $15/hr

Successful candidates will have the following: 

• Excellent computer and proofreading skills – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to always provide outstanding client service, including under tight deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to gain insight into executive leadership roles.
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
• Problem solving skills and ability to stand in gaps

What you would be doing at Unbridled: 

• Hospitality team support: Responsibilities may include setting up for service, store runs for supplies, room and AV set-up for events, shipping & delivery support, guest services, reservation support, supply ordering, team meeting minutes, and various scheduling tasks
• Facilities support: Responsibilities may include window cleaning, exterior patio tables, chairs and walkway cleaning, furniture assembly and movement, interior floor and fixture cleaning
• Hands-on executive experience: Embrace a hands-on approach by actively participating in different tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO. This may include assisting with operational tasks, attending team meetings, conducting research, or collaborating on special initiatives.
• Observation and learning: Observe and absorb insights into leadership styles, decision-making processes, and the intricacies of managing a hospitality business in a fast-paced environment.
