Producing Sales Manager

As a Producing Sales Manager at Rosegate Mortgage, you will be responsible for leading and managing your own team of Loan Officers while actively originating mortgage loans. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of your business and lead a team of driven professionals. We will fully invest in you and equip you with the tools to recruit and develop both prospective and established Loan Officers in addition to providing in-house support and processing for you and your team. You will work hand-in-hand with the leaders of Rosegate to build out your group and grow as a key leader within the company.

What you’ll do:

• Recruit, manage, and grow a team of 10+ Loan Officers.
• Measure and manage your team to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Train, develop, and support Loan Officers through call coaching, meeting assistance, and helping them partner with top agents and brokerages.
• Work with Rosegate’s leadership to structure and manage a ramp-up/training plan.

What’s required:

• 5+ years of mortgage origination experience.
• 3+ years of managing purchase/self-generated loan officers.
• A strong active network.
• An active mortgage loan originator license.
• The passion and vision to build something great.
