Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk!

Responsibilities:

• Enter all payable invoices, issue checks, payoff sold vehicles, reconcile and pay extended warranty statements, review all payable schedules and reconcile A/P statements including the factory statement.  Prepare daily bank deposits. 
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting using the Reynolds & Reynolds systems in a car dealership a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
• Professional personal appearance
• Clean driving record
