PAY:

· $21.00 - $23.95 hourly plus an 8% shift differential for hours worked in the facility. 

· Starting pay will depend on prior experience and work location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· The Associate will work closely with production/shipping/customers to transport materials of airbag inflator component parts and completed products to and from manufacturing lines.

· Performs repetitive work requiring continuous alertness and attention to detail. 

· Makes suggestions to improve performance, quality, and/or costs in work area by applying Autoliv Production System (APS) principles. 

· Loading and unloading material onto or from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors and machines by hand. 

· Promotes quality and safety rules while maintaining work area in a clean and orderly condition. 

· Trains and/or instructs others as required. 

· Maintains reliable attendance and a Full-time work status. 

· Adheres to safety standards. 

· Must lift up to 30lbs, and able to stand for up to 8 hours

· Other duties as assigned. 

Shift Hours:

· Grave Shift (M-F with mandatory overtime: 9:45 PM to 6: 00 AM)
