Sales and Leasing Consultant: 9-6 weekdays...no Sundays!

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, customer service-oriented Full Time Sales and Leasing Consultant to join Schlossmann Subaru City Of Milwaukee. The Full Time Sales and Leasing Consultant will play a crucial role in our sales team, as they will be responsible for selling cars, trucks, and SUVs to customers and closing deals. The Full Time Sales and Leasing Consultant will ensure that the customer has a positive and satisfying experience throughout the process and ensure the dealership achieves its sales goals.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time base plus commission position with a minimum of up to forty hours per week with competitive wages and a target annual compensation range of $60,000 to $100,000. Compensation is paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers find and purchase the right vehicle for them
• Researching and understanding market conditions and trends
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Obtaining customer contact information
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Generating and evaluating leads
• Negotiating sales terms
• Meeting sales goals
• Ensuring that sales paperwork is completed accurately
• Work with sales team and finance manager to close deals
• Maintaining a clean, organized showroom

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Detail-oriented
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of automotive products and services
• Computer literate
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
