Key Responsibilities:

• Engage proactively with and nurture leads from our robust inbound lead system.
• Plan and conduct home showings and property inspections.
• Provide advice and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the best possible price and terms.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Build networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
• Stay informed about the latest in real estate markets and best practices.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Quick decision-making ability and the capacity to manage high-pressure situations.
• Real estate agent’s or broker’s license/In the process of obtaining one.
