Paint Technician

2nd Shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm

3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:30am

Objective: Looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Paint Technician. The objective will be to paint OEM aluminum wheels to their original finish through the liquid, powder, and clear coat process.

Hiring immediately – We will train!

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have good visual skills.
• Able to lift 30 – 50 lbs. continuously, 60 lbs. on occasion.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to utilize air tools.
• Able to handle heat and wear protective clothing when loading and unloading wheels from ovens.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect wheel for cosmetic defects.
• Paint the wheel to the OEM original finish (color) using a powder or liquid-based paint.
• Load/unload ovens
• Mix and refill paint using formulas.
• Clean and maintain work area, keeping area dust free to eliminate contamination on wheels.

Required PPE: Steel toed footwear with slip guard, safety glasses, hearing protection, proper gloves and respirator (all PPE with exception of footwear will be provided).

Working Conditions: The Paint Tech experiences temperatures ranging from approximately 65 degrees in the winter to approximately 95 degrees in the summer.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years of paint experience preferred. We will train
