EXPERIENCED Heavy Equipment Operators-Bulldozer and Motorgrader

Seeking Experienced Bulldozer and Motor Grader Operators to perform the following;

BULLDOZER OPERATOR

*Operates controls to excavate, break, rip, load and spread materials including caliche, earth, rock, rubble and top soil. 

*Must have proven and verifiable experience building pads and roads for the oil and gas business sector.

Experience in soil remediation and pit closures is desired.

*Must be able to demonstrate ability to shoot, cut, and level grade as directed.

*Responsible for the safe operation of the equipment and to possess job site situational awareness.

*Will be held accountable to ensure equipment is properly maintained: Daily and periodic checking during the hours of operation to guarantee equipment is greased, air filters are cleaned out, and all fluid levels properly checked and maintained.

*Ability to work long hours and at times in austere locations.

MOTOR GRADER OPERATOR:

*Expertly operates controls, including GPS, to perform blade control and grading in order to: understand and overcome issues involving ground disturbances, accurately judge distances and slopes as well as read site plans and roadway drawings.

*Must have proven and verifiable experience building pads and roads for the oil and gas business sector.

*Must be able to demonstrate ability to shoot, cut and level grade as directed.

*Finish blade work experience on pads and roads is preferred.

*Responsible for the safe operation of the equipment and to possess job site situational awareness.

*Will be held accountable to ensure equipment is properly maintained: Daily and periodic checking during the hours of operation to ensure equipment is greased and air filters are cleaned, all fluid levels properly checked and maintained.

*Ability to work long hours and at times in austere locations.
