Job Description
Residential and commercial construction company looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have their own vehicle and tools.
Skills wanted: framing, finishing, new construction, remodels/additions, tiling, siding, woodwork, installation, etc.
Compensation: DOE, competitive
Work hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm, occasional overtime
Job sites: Rogue Valley, includes Grants Pass. (Note: occasionally have 1 or 2 farther distance projects like Klamath Falls or Eugene)
Benefits: We offer a medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, vacation pay, and 401K plan.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years' experience in carpentry
• Extensive knowledge of hand and power tools
• Possession of basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds
• Ability to complete work on time and follow a schedule with minimal supervision
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Able to pass drug (marijuana not included) and background screening
