Job Title: Tax Manager
Location: Upland, CA (On-site or HYbrid)

Summary:
As our Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our state and federal tax documents are accurately prepared and filed on time. You'll be responsible for developing tax strategies, managing tax audits, and staying informed about new tax legislation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file sales and use, motor fuels, and property tax returns promptly.
• Manage our external tax processor and income tax planning processes.
• Develop tax strategies to enhance tax mitigation and compliance.
• Handle tax audits and monitor tax legislation developments.
• Perform other assigned duties related to tax management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation, finance, business, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), EA, or related license.
• Experience using Avalera or Vertex Software.
• Multi-State Tax Filing Experience Required.
• Proven experience in tax management or similar roles.
• Proficiency in tax software, Microsoft Office Suite, and tax research tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
