Landscape Foreman

As a Landscape Construction Foreman in our Residential Construction Division, you’ll lead and install all phases of landscapes with minimal oversight. You need to do this within the quality, contractual, budget, time and safety standards.

To thrive in this position, you’ll need 3 to 5 years of experience as a Landscape Construction Foreman. Your main duties will be to perform installation work, direct the daily task of your crew, and communicate with the Project Manager, salesperson and customer.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Advanced knowledge of all phases of landscape construction, including but not limited to hardscaping, irrigation, lighting, planting, water features, etc…
• General plant knowledge
• Advanced equipment and tool knowledge, including selection and proper equipment use.
• Ability to operate all landscape equipment and all tools
• Read and understand plans
• Measure and understand elevations
• Advanced product knowledge in all phases of landscape construction
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, including email, word processor and spreadsheets.
• Ability to be flexible in fast-paced and changing work environment.

Education and Experience Required:

• 3-5 years of experience as Landscape Construction Foreman Preferred
• CPI Certification
• Landscape Industry Certified
• Able to push, pull, carry and lift 50 pounds
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company guidelines for driver eligibility.
