Water Systems Plant Utility *$20.47 **Paid every Friday!**

• Position starts at $20.47/hr. Additional $2.55 once on shift.
• Rotating 12 hr shift. 2-2-3 7:00 am-7:00 pm rotating to 7:00 pm- 7:00 am
• 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.
• Weekly pay. $600 attendance bonus for the first 60 days.

Job Summary: Assists with the implementation of plant preventive maintenance programs, assists operators and maintenance with light maintenance and lockout tagout of equipment or setting up equipment for CIP. Assists in gathering and running samples. Will be available for plant cleaning tasks (i.e. GMP, MSS, spill clean ups, etc.). Will be assisting in process troubleshooting. Will be unloading Chemical delivery trucks in a safe manner. Will also learn the field work tasks of the operator role.

Essential Job Functions – Feed house Production Utility:

• Assists with mill or Feed house area preventive maintenance program.
• Cleans DSM screens on Germ system per schedule
• Learns to do maintenance, environmental and quality rounds and documentation.
• Learns to gather samples and run analysis on lab equipment and documenting the results
• Learns to make field adjustment to equipment
• Learns to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and instrumentation issues with area equipment
• Reclaims germ back into system.
• Cleans areas as assigned from the Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Assists in emergency situations, IE: cleaning fluid bed dryer, cleaning up germ and gluten spills, etc.
• Assists operators when needed.
• May perform light maintenance duties on departmental equipment IE: Cleaning strainer and changing filters on blowers, changing RVF cloths, CIP of Starch Dryers, Changing Baghouse socks.
• Operates a forklift, skid loader, golf cart.
• Runs trash pump to remove water from areas around mill, feed house and fiber dewatering.
• Gathers supplies from warehouse.
• Dumps process waste hoppers in designated areas.
• May perform reasonably similar or related duties as required.
• Assists in keeping the department in tour ready condition.
• Will need to spend at least 90 days in the plant utility position and complete/sign off on all tasks in the plant
• utility element tree.

Experience:

• Good regular and prompt attendance history
• Excellent safety record and awareness
• Previous plant/process experience
