Office Scheduler/Manager

Bright Start Therapies is a children's clinic that provides speech and occupational therapy for children of all ages. We are looking for a fun and cheerful personality to schedule clients for our pediatric office in Roseville and Sacramento. This job requires solid computer skills including word, excel, data entry, ability to create new forms. Must have scheduling experience for busy medical practice. An outgoing personality who is comfortable using multiple phone lines, heavy scheduling and enjoys working with the public is a must! This is Monday-Thursday 9 am to 6 pm and Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
