Landscape Crew Lead

We’re currently seeking a Landscape Crew Leader. This role will work a 5 days/week (8-10 hour days). Our Landscape team will:
- Perform property/field work -- landscape Installation, including but not limited to: planting, sod, rock, mulch, patios, retaining walls and structures
- Maintain general property appearance - Shrub and planting bed maintenance (pruning), sidewalk edging, picking-up of debris, sticks and garbage on properties
- Report conditions on a property that do not meet the standards of our company; such as irrigation problems, turf weeds, sod damage, etc.
- Assist lawn crews with spring and fall clean-ups
- Execute snow removal services at properties; including snow shoveling or plowing of parking lots, sidewalks, entrance, mail boxes, fire hydrants
We’re looking for individuals with:
- At least 1 year of landscape installation experience and/or associates degree in horticulture field, or a strong interest to learn.
- MN Driver’s license with DOT medical card (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with bobcat/skid operations as well as plant identification and installation techniques
- The ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry 50lbs frequently.
- Demonstrated ability to lead crews as well as act as a liaison to property needs/crew and manager.
