TWO FRONT DESK POSITIONS AVAILABLE

FRONT DESK POSITION ONE:

CTR Group is seeking a Spa Associate for a Health Center in the Virginia Beach, VA area. Immediate opening and urgently hiring! Full-Time Position, 40 hours per week.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per Hour

Evening and Weekend Availability Required.

SUMMARY:

To provide excellent, individualized customer service to clients and guests, handle inquiries, schedule appointments, maintain financial and client history records, and serve the clients and guests of the Health Center.
Evening and weekend availability required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cordially greet clients, visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service to all.
• Provide excellent customer service to all incoming callers.
• Utilize department’s resources to develop a knowledge base about therapies offered.
• Follow daily open and/or close procedures.
• Respond to requests; provide information about massage and spa services in person, by telephone, mail, e-mail, and by detailed referrals to our website.
• Keep accurate records of appointments, schedule appropriate therapists, and maintain the timely performance of all appointments.

FRONT DESK POSITION TWO:

CTR Group is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a Non-Profit Organization in the Virginia Beach, VA area. Immediate opening and urgently hiring! About 29 hours a week. Could be temp to hire for right person.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per Hour

Typical start is 9:30am and work to 5pm but needs to be available for some evenings and weekends for conferences and sessions.

SUMMARY:

Seeking a Receptionist to provide front office reception duties, meeting, greeting and assisting clients and visitors. Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, as well as additional clerical duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Most Important Trait is dynamic personality. We can train the rest.
• Answering phones, greeting guests, giving facility tours, etc.
• Some prior office and receptionist experience would be nice.
