Warranty Claims Processing Clerk

A dynamic and growing Warranty Claims company is looking to expand its office team in Riverdale, NJ, The company is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong B2B relationships.

The ideal candidate will perform the following duties:

• Perform research and reviews on all warranty claims and process them according to warranty policy.
• On time communication with team and making sure all warranty can be processed according to warranty policy.
• Processing all warranty claims on time.
• Maintain projected Queue of warranty claims.
• Ensure all warranty email communication is on time
• Assist various departments and fulfill all warranty requirements via email and phone.
• Assist Authorized Service Centers with all warranty inquiry and questions.
• Assist RSM and other managers with all warranty inquiry and questions.
• Monitor all warranty inquiries and make sure it is processed according to policy.
• Supervise/review all information updated on database and make sure it is correct.
• Maintain knowledge on various warranty programs by active participation in education programs.
• Ensure B2B relationship satisfaction and ensure compliance to all warranty specifications.
• Evaluate databases and complete all data entry for warranty claims and filings.
• Prepare and maintain all warranty documents according to warranty policy.
• Manage all warranty claims, re-direct claims of required and ensure appropriate action.
• Maintain warranty records and information.
• On time phone communication ensuring not to have dropped call.

Requirements: 
Qualificatons:

High School degree or equivalent

• Must live in New Jersey and be able to get to client site
• 1-2 years of Customer Service and Data Entry experience
• Excellent phone and email communication skills
• Proficient with email and Microsoft office products
• Excellent organizational skills
• Reliable form of transportation

Position is on site and hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm with an hour for lunch.

Pay is $18.00 to hour and position is temporary to permanent
