Resident Engagement Coordinator (Greenspire Apartments)

Position Title: Resident Engagement Coordinator Reports To: Property Manager

JOB SUMMARY
The primary role of the Resident Engagement Coordinator is to create a vibrant living environment for
Greenspire residents while ensuring a high level of community engagement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors
• Ensuring the Clubhouse maintains a high standard of appearance
• Overseeing all resident activities which includes leading, planning and communicating monthly
• activities
• Handling tasks related to marketing, social media and Greenspire Gear
• Answering phone calls, logging service requests, and collecting rent
• Monitoring Active Building for resident communication and engagement
• Able to work some evening and Saturday hours

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in computer programs, including MS Word and Excel

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Computer proficiency including a basic understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office products
• Must be reliable, detail oriented, and have excellent follow-through skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents and vendors
• A great attitude, focused on creating an excellent residential experience
• Valid driver’s license and meet drivers insurance requirements
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen before employment begins

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The work environment described here represents what the employee encounters while performing the
essential functions of this job. The employee regularly works in a well-lighted, temperature controlled,
and smoke-free environment. The noise level is moderate and there is minimal risk of exposure to
harmful substances. This job is performed with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a
computer and may also include periods of walking, kneeling, bending, reaching, and twisting. Must be
able to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
