Implementation Specialist - UKG Ready TLM

We are looking for an experienced UKG Ready TLM Implementation Specialist. This role entails regular engagement with our client’s Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, and IT departments during the life cycle of the implementation project.

As a UKG Ready TLM Implementation Specialist, you will perform the following.

• Work with our client to perform discovery, configuration, training, testing, and deployment of the UKG Ready TLM Solution.
• Engage with our clients to understand their business needs regarding the implementation of various modules of the UKG Ready products.
• Leverage your knowledge and experience to consult on best practices and assist clients in designing and building a solution that meets their needs.
• Work hand in hand with internal and external Project Management teams who will provide support in your day-to-day duties.
• Be the key point of contact during your implementation projects.
• Utilize Project Management skills to keep all stakeholders apprised of the project status.
• Proactively escalate issues and at-risk projects.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest product features and functionality.
• Work independently receiving minimal guidance.
• Work cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementation, upgrade and change order projects.
• Understand & explain clearly difficult &/or sensitive information, and work collaboratively to build consensus.
• Utilize our Customer Relationship Management solution to document project activities and statuses.
• Travel to client’s location for onsite discovery, configuration, and training.

• UKG Ready TLM implementation experience.
• Public Sector implementation experience is a plus.
• Data Integration Skills (Importing/Exporting/API).
• Technical, analytical, and organized.
• Adaptable to an ever-expanding dynamic team environment.
• Self-starting, motivated, and can work independently.
• Are an enthusiastic and skillful presenter (In-person and remotely).
• Able to set and attain assigned target dates.
• Problem-solving when implementations deviate from the plan.
• Open to travel 2-3 days at a time several times per year (approximately 20%).
