Job Description
Community association management company seeking a full-time Bookkeeper. Community association experience is a plus, but not required. We are a small, family-owned business with an interesting work environment that is constantly growing and expanding. Reply with resume.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Accounts Payable – Vendor bills and payments
- Accounts Receivable – Make daily bank deposits, post payments for customer accounts, invoice customers, etc.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial reports
- Complete and maintain community records, reports, and files
- Assist with other administrative tasks as necessary
- This job is more than just paying bills; every day is different and will involve interfacing with clients, balancing books and so much more!
Requirements
As a Community Association Bookkeeper, you must be pleasant, professional and well-spoken. You must also be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. It is also important you display excellent verbal and written communication, as you will be interacting with both Association Boards and residents on a regular basis.

- Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace with frequent interruptions
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email, the internet, and complete data entry in a timely and efficient manner (experience with Enumerate (previously TOPS One) or other Association management software a plus)
- Property management office experience, a plus

Experience:
- HOA/Community Association Management Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required)
- Enumerate/TOPS Community Association Management Software: 2 years (Preferred)
