Front Counter Host/Hostess & Prep Cook

We are looking for one to two restaurant experienced individuals to work 20 to 40 hours per week beginning April 2024.   The prep cook activities included in assisting with food preparation and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly.  We are also looking for the same individual to perform front counter activities. The total set of responsibilities are below.  The wage starts at $14/hour + tips.  Our team generally makes $18/hour to $25 hour with tips from May to September. 

Overall Responsibilities:

• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and making pizza, salad and wing sauces. 
• Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Explain menu items to include food and beverage offerings and offers suggestions to guests.
• Correctly takes and enters orders in person and over the phone.
• Accepts payments for orders to include use and Manage Cashier/Pointy of Sale System
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Brings orders to guests inside and out.
• Restaurant Experience Required.
