Job Description
We are currently seeking skilled individuals to fill key roles in our client's team in southern Johnson County. If you have experience with CNC Brake Press operations, CNC Machining and Programming, or Brake Press Team Lead, we want to hear from you.
This client is a global leader in precision manufacturing and automotive solutions. With over 34 years of industry expertise, they have established themselves as a leader in delivering high-quality engineering, manufacturing, and assembly services throughout the world.
Positions Available:
CNC Brake Press Operators
- Operate CNC Brake Press machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specifications
- Ensure quality and accuracy of finished products
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
CNC Machinists/Programmers
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts as per engineering drawings
- Program CNC machines using AutoCAM software
- Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot issues
Brake Press Team Leads
- Supervise and lead a team of Brake Press operators
- Coordinate production schedules and workflow
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; technical degree a plus
- Previous experience in CNC Brake Press operations, CNC Machining/Programming, or Brake Press Team Leadership
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
