Job Responsibilities


- Identify and pursue new customer prospects within the automotive commercial sector.

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing commercial clients.

- Understand and stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

- Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory or account base.

- Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Provide input to product and service development teams based on customer feedback.

- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.

- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and increase brand awareness.

- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment collection.

- Work closely with the parts department to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations regarding sales transactions.

- Provide training and support to the sales team as needed.

- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and customer interactions efficiently.

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry

- Strong understanding of commercial vehicles and their applications

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with business customers

- Knowledge of financing options for commercial vehicles

- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to potential clients

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and networking events

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team

- Familiarity with current automotive industry trends and market conditions

- Capacity to understand and adhere to company policies and legal guidelines

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning

- Physical ability to demonstrate vehicles and conduct walkarounds with clients
