Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – ICPN- Chicago, IL Full-Time

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000

Job Summary: ICPN is currently seeking a Behavior Analyst or someone working towards BCBA certification in our Hillside, IL office. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst develops programming for and supervises evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in accordance with ethical guidelines of the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. This position requires some travel within the state of Illinois.

Behavior Analyst Essential Duties:

  • Conduct functional assessments, then write and implement appropriate behavior support plans.
  • Collect, graph, and analyze behavioral data.
  • Train staff and family members on behavior plans.
  • Monitor behavior plans in the home, community, and day programs.
  • Participate and collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Facilitate open communication between family members, guardians, and direct care staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BCBA or working towards BCBA certification.
  • Valid Illinois driver’s license with good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The Illinois Crisis Prevention Network (ICPN) is the result of a collaborative relationship between Hope and Trinity Services, Inc. ICPN is designed to meet the behavioral and medical needs of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are experiencing significant behavioral and medical challenges. The ICPN consists of six statewide Support Service Teams who provide community-based support and consultation services to the person experiencing these challenges, as well as their family and or service providers.



Compensation details: 80000-90000 Yearly Salary
